With a paid license I can't use my headset to hear and use the mic. I can answer the call from my desktop but it's no use since I can't use my headset. Support team basically doesn't exist because they will never answer to your emails.
The app is great, have been using it for over 5 years now. But for the past few days it is behaving erratic. Looking for help to resolve issues.
